from A1: exit FABRO:

Autostrada del Sole A1 towards Rome until the Fabro exit.
At the exit follow signs for Fabro. Cross the town of Fabro and continue on S. P. 108. At km 5 of S. P. 108, you will reach an intersection: turn right towards Trevinano.
After 500 meters at the next intersection turn left onto S. P. 50 towards Allerona.
After 6 kms you will reach another intersection: turn right towards Acquapendente and Trevinano. This road bears downhill.
After 3 kms at the intersection turn left towards Acquapendente.
You will skirt Trevinano continuing towards Acquapendente. After 9 kms you will reach an intersection with indications for Siena and Rome; turn left towards Rome and after 1 km turn right for Proceno.
After 3 kms you will reach an intersection with a church in the middle; turn right towards Castellazzara. After 700 meters you will negotiate a sharp elbow curve that leads you into Proceno. Drive under the ancient portal and stop at number 155 of Corso Regina Margherita .

The distance between Fabro and Proceno is about 35 kms and it will take you about 45 minutes.

From Pisa Aeroporto

From Pisa airport:

Autostrada A11 from Pisa to Florence.
Autostrada del Sole A1 towards Rome until the Fabro exit.

From Siena – via Cassia:

Take SS n° 2 – Via Cassia – towards Roma. No highway. Pass Monteroni d’Arbia, Buonconvento, San Quirico d’Orcia, the tunnel Le Chiavi and continue until you will cross a cambered bridge over the river Paglia .
At the end of the bridge turn right for Proceno. At this moment you will find the following white sign at every intersection: Castello di Proceno – a bed – fork and knife After 3 kms you will reach an intersection with a church in the middle; turn right towards Castellazzara. After 700 meters you will negotiate a sharp elbow curve that leads you into Proceno. Drive under the ancient portal and stop at number 155 of Corso Regina Margherita. The distance between Siena and Proceno is about 92 kms and it will take you about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

From Roma, Fiumicino Airport

From ROME, Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” airport:

Follow the signs “Roma Autostrade” (highway of Rome). After 6,5 kms turn right towards Civitavecchia. Continue on till the end of the highway; at the exit turn right onto S. S. 1 (Aurelia) and continue for 17 kms. At the intersection with indications for Montalto di Castro, Canino turn to the right. At the next intersection turn left onto SS 312 and continue on towards Viterbo. You will reach Canino; cross the town continuing on till Valentano. Arriving to Valentano you will reach an intersection: turn right towards Orvieto, Viterbo; to the next intersection turn left onto SS 312 towards Orvieto and continue on for 8 kms, looking at the magnificent view of the Lake. Then turn right towards Orvieto; at the next intersection turn left following signs for Orvieto. You will skirt Grotte di Castro. At the beginning of the town you will find an intersection: turn right towards Acquapendente. Skirt the town of Grotte di Castro, following indications for Acquapendente; you will skirt another intersection: turn left towards Acquapendente. After 500 meters another intersection: turn left to Acquapendente, continuing on till to the end of this road; you will find another intersection: turn left towards Acquapendente, Siena. Skirt Acquapendente, continuing on for 4 kms; then you will reach another intersection: turn left for Proceno. After 3 kms you will reach an intersection with a church in the middle; turn right towards Castellazzara. After 700 meters you will negotiate a sharp elbow curve that leads you into Proceno. Drive under the ancient portal and stop at number 155 of Corso Regina Margherita.

From Roma

From A1 – exit Orvieto:

Leave Autostrada A1, keeping to the right. After 1 km keep to the right again, following the direction. After 100 meters turn left. Keep the right and drive under the railway; you will continue on to the traffic-lights and carry on towards Orvieto. At next intersection keep to the right towards Castel Viscardo, Castel Giorgio, Allerona, Acquapendente.
After 3 kms you will reach another intersection: turn right and continue on towards Castel Giorgio and Allerona. After 200 meters turn left towards Castel Giorgio and Castel Viscardo.
After 4 kms you will reach another intersection: turn left towards Viceno. After 5 kms turn left, following signs for Castel Giorgio. After 1 km turn right towards Acquapendente. After 2,5 kms you will reach an intersection: turn left towards Acquapendente. After 8 kms at the intersection turn left towards Siena; skirt Acquapendente continuing on for 4 kms; then you will reach another intersection: turn left for Proceno.
After 3 kms you will reach an intersection with a church in the middle; turn right towards Castellazzara. After 700 meters you will negotiate a sharp elbow curve that leads you into Proceno. Drive under the ancient portal and stop at number 155 of Corso Regina Margherita
The distance between Orvieto and Proceno is about 35 kms and it will take you about 40 minutes.
