Access to this apartment is further along the same street that provides access to the first three apartments. Private entrance is up a vaulted internal staircase that opens onto a living room with single sofa bed and fireplace. The wall that hosts the fireplace separates the living room from the spacious dining room with kitchen corner, complete with gas range and fridge. This dining room is beautiful and airy. One side of it was obtained by glassing-in a row of arches that overlook the internal courtyard. Glass doors in the kitchen area open onto this courtyard which is equipped with garden furniture for this apartment’s use. Back in the living room, to one side at the top of the entrance stairs is a landing with doors to the double bedroom and to the complete bathroom with shower. There is a combination safe.
